I have never before written a review for anything, but I had such a great experience with Shauna Pelley and Formal Elegance that I just had to write in. I had to order a Jim Hjelm bridesmaids dress, and I searched far and wide for the best price and I found it at Formal Elegance. I got the dress for $150, which was cheaper than even the iffy internet sites and about $100 cheaper than another bridal shop I called. Some bridal shops were charging me exorbitant amounts of money to rush ship the dress. While other shops wouldn't even guarantee that I'd have my dress in time, Shauna got me my dress and only charged $15 for rush shipping. When I wanted a swatch and later needed a receipt, on both occasions they were in my mailbox THE NEXT DAY, and in a THANK YOU CARD nonetheless! (I did all my ordering over the phone since I live far from the shop.)
