The parking was an enormous problem for my son and I. It still is. Everybody that I ask, does NOT ""VALIDATE"" parking. In the 7 weeks that I have been gone.. We have paid $5, twice a week.. to have wound care in my doctor's office.. not the wound care at St.Joseph's. Also, the two weeks that I was, IN HOUSE, my son paid that EVERYDAY. Then we got 3 days free after I had been there 10 days. I have called someone in the hospital to try and get this taken care of or to help me. It's just outrageous the amt people have to pay. Most hospitals after you've been there over 4 hrs.,parking is free. What is the big secret about validating a parking ticket? NO ONE KNOWS !! IT seems to be a huge secret. The person in charge of this, has called me back, making every excuse possible to man kind as to why she can not get it straight.. that I need help. She always calls back and always gets something wrong or turned around about my message. She is never at her desk. She warns you of this in her 'leave a message' that she will not be at her desk. Now it can be said that I have been appropriated to come at least once a week now and it always is over 4 to 5 hours. We travel over 100 miles to get there, have to pay $5 for each visit.. and NO ONE knows the secret to validated parking.. It's insane..
