Review content:
Living at this community for the past 3 years has been a wonderful experience and such a joy to come home to such a breathtaking view and warm and friendly neighbors, and the nicest managers ever,(two so far). The new set of managers (3rd set)do not have the professional experience as they should. For example: A day or so after they took over the community, my son went to the office to give the rent, The wife of the manager was sitting outside smoking a cigarette, when my son asked if any one was in the office, she replied I don't know, I'm on break, go to the office and see. The other situation is when We all recieved a letter from management and to it 5 cards. The letter stated that they needed our help to enforce the rules and regulations of the community. And to use the cards if we catch any speeders, non-stop sign stoppers, parking illegally, etc. We need to write various info on the cards and turn it in to the office. Being in management of Senior housing for the last 18 years myself, I would never turn residents against residents.. What were they thinking? This is not the way to be a team player or to unite the residents in a positive manner. It is going to cause a lot of trouble.I hope Vedder is aware of what is going on. And they wonder why no body goes to events, excedera Pros: beautiful views, clean community Cons: police state
