Review content:
I waited and waited and they never showed up. Not even a phone call to let me know they are not coming. I called the following day and was not able to get to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to some manager who had nothing to say besides ""the anger that you have is your personal thing."" That is what that SOB had to tell me. I was not even rude on the phone. I was clearly upset, but was able to maintain my cool.
