I've been coming here for haircuts on and off for 3 years. For the price, $30 for women's haircut, I think the haircut is fine. It's a no-frills place run by a Vietnamese family. They are all very nice, efficient, and happy to acoomodate your individual style. I enjoy the service and the fact that my hair always turns out fine, and I can get in and out in 45 minutes. Ask for Rose.
