Review content:
My grandmother was shuffled to this awful nursing home from Glendale Memorial without any family say to the matter. When my mother and aunt first visited my grandmother after her transfer to Royal Palms they asked me not to come because of how awful this place was. There are people walking around the halls who smell like urine and feces, it looks like General Hospital but on a smaller scale. I immediately found a 5 star nursing home to transfer my grandmother to and the staff particularly Roland, made her transfer a very difficult and complicated one. He kept lying to us about the new facility and delaying her transfer. I would not have a loved one at this facility as the place is run down and the administration just wants the money- your loved one = $$$$ to them!!! Cons: Everything
