Review content:
I went to see if my appliance could be fixed. The employee (he may have been the owner) tried to sell me parts that were not necessary. My appliance was taken apart without my permission. He called the parts store (which I told him I had already done) and said it would be $70 to fix. This was only a cosmetic problem and a small one. When I told him, ""I will have to think about it"" and asked for the appliance to be put back together he said he would have to charge me $20. So I left with my appliance in about 10 pieces. He was abrasive, not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. I am not a cheap person and would have gladly paid him $20 if he would have let me know prior (like a good business man would) or if he was just a nice person. Well, it ended up being a good thing. When it was taken apart I could see how it could be easily fixed. I went to Lowe's and spent $1.77 and then spent about 20 minutes putting it all back together. The good thing is I saved $68.23. With that said, I would not recommend this company to anyone but rather encourage people to go elsewhere.
