I have been to Alert Automotive many times over the past 10 years. They keep good records on their system, they do a pretty god job on their estimates, and their shop is very organized. They could improve on cleanliness, but that is about it.
I have had my motor rebuilt, my breaks redone and they serviced my company vehicle. The top of the motor went out on my company van and they were able to fix that in two days, which is amazing. Everywhere else was quoting me several weeks for the repair. They are very fast with their repairs.
