I am from Caracas, Venezuela. I take my family here to this bakery. The food is authentic to food served in Venezuela. I highly recommend it. I recommend eating the arepas here and you can fill it with whatever you want. I also get a smoothie here and its delicious. You can custom order anything. If you are allergic to milk, you can order the smoothie without it. Afterwards, I share dessert with my family. The little desserts are awesome. I love to order birthday cakes, its just so fruity and the cake is moist. You can custom order the cakes. Before I leave, I order the cheese bread to go. I eat this for breakfast the next day with my family. Of course, the cheese bread disappears when breakfast finishes. They can be busy at times, so there will be a wait, if you treat the employees rudely, they might not respond as positively, and rightly so! THe customer service is good and they try to move as quickly as possible. its worth the wait! :)
