Another example of perfect service with all details handled properly. I just received flowers wired from Floral Expressions, to a shop here in Birmingham. The extra time and effort Floral Expressions used to find an ""above the normal"" flower shop here in the Birmingham, Alabama area was fabulous. I could tell that they added the personal touches my friend wanted in sending these flowers to me. My flowers were fabulous, and exactly the type of arrangement that I love. They made sure that their Sarasota, Florida customer's wishes were forwarded to the Birmingham florist including all little instructions and requests. Nothing was omitted. The result is they have two happy customers; one in Florida and one in Birmingham. The little details are so important. They are the greatest.
