There is no rating on this scale to explain the level of incompetence, impotence, or stupidity or all the above. Hitler could run a better place than these morons. People have died here, and the ones who havent are not better off for having done so. The sherriffs are of no help, the management is not your friend as we have found out, and any prospective renter should run from this hole. And if you are disabled, well you have no credibility here. Make sure if you are planning to move in to be ready to protect your vehicle from the happy hooker towing company here because they will rob you blind. If you are blind, well dont double park and make sure you have $210 to save your car. Dont lose the recipe for ice because these jerkoffs wont fix a broken icemaker. Besides the expensive water here has gross lifeforms in it so no big loss. And finally, bring a clothes line to dry your clothes as these most exceptionally intelligent takers of money will not fix a underground dryer vent when its full of rain water.
