I bought a windshield replacement from franchisee of Novus Glass. I wanted to be certain that if there were any issues with the install, the product or anything related to the windshield, Novus would have my back.
My chromatic mirror was BROKEN by the installer and hung on the windshield INCORRECTLY (half hung on) and the wWINDSHIELD itself may be SUB PAR. I left the car in the garage driving it sparingly and it took some time to find out that there were serious problems. Little did I know that the PROBLEMS that I would encounter were with Novus. It took TWO MONTHS and many calls to find out how LITTLE this company CARES about anything other than SELLING FRANCHISES. That's how long it took to get a return call from JEFF ROBINSON, a regional manager, who told me in essence that the Novus in TEMPE AZ that I used was NOT a LEGITIMATE franchise of Novus'. I called Mr BEVERIDGE (their CEO or top franchise sales pitcher) his assistant Kimberly WILSON in the event that it's IMPORTANT and you need to speak with someone. NEVER HEARD from either of them.. Bottom line is that it's about four months from my first call and NOTHING has been RESOLVED. Mr ROBINSON said that they knew there was a problem in TEMPE with a business that came up first in my Google search for Novus. My RECEIPT says Novus on it. The truck said NOVUS. IT WAS NOVUS . and NOVUS is RESPONSIBLE for a company using it's brand or file an action claiming FRAUD. NO ACTION that I'm aware of even after supplying the receipt. BEWARE!!!
