Hawksnest is terrible with a capital T! I went there with my 10 and 12 year old girls right after the early March snow storm. There were giant chunks of snow/ice that were very hazardous. The snow was not packed and the tubbing area was severely slanted to one side, not level at all. After sliding only ? way down on two different attempts and having to walk down each run more than ? way, I decided that these people did not know how to run a tubing business. I spoke with the manager and he informed me that it was our job to pack down the snow and that I didn?t give it long enough. All he cared about was my $66 and offered no refund. We went over to Sugar Mt which is not known for great tubing. They were very accommodating, treated the customer as a priority and had nice level non-chunky safe tubbing. Don?t waste your time or money at Hawksnest! It was a total waste of time and a rip off!
