This company can't be trusted. They lie about when their techs will show up, screw up repairs and wait months to fix their mistakes.
They promise appointments, then call and say ""Oh, our tech decided to do other jobs first.""
They say they have the parts for your repair - you wait a full day for the tech, and he doesn't show. (That's happened to me TWICE.)
I would never buy another Kitchenaid appliance simply because Kitchenaid uses this company for repairs in our area.
