My attic space is small, so I was glad the crew was able to maneuvre around in it. The installation went without any problems. The crew worked hard and kept my house clean during the removal of the old unit and ductwork.It appeared that the technicians were well trained and knew their stuff. I guess it should not have surprised me as during the initial consultation it was more of an analysis and troubleshooting exercise, rather then trying to upsell me. Thank you for looking out for me. Oh, and advising me on the tax credits !
