Review content:
My family rented formal wear from this guy for years. It was always because he was the only close formal wear business, but also because it was supposedly ""the place to go"". Everyone else went, so you had to also. Sometimes that's just how it is in a smaller, ""close-nit"" town. Also, I'd be lying if I didn't say I remember my mom saying the prices were low/fair. However, thinking back about my experiences there, I remember the owner was one of the most arrogant and rude people ever. You couldn't even ask a question or much worse, express an opinion about the stuff he had you trying on, or he would get offended and tell you to go somewhere else. If you said your shoes were too tight, he'd tell you to stop being a baby. He treated all the kids like garbage cause he knew the parents would still purchase from his store anyway. In school (or at the formal wear event), all the kids used to compare the bad experiences from their fittings, and we wished our parents would take us somewhere else. He just knew he had you over a barrel. This was many years ago, I don't even know if he is still at the store. I have not been there in many years because I do not live in the area anymore. If he is still there, maybe he has mellowed out a little since back then, but I know I would never submit my kids to his abuse. Lastly, I remember seeing him driving his cadillac around town, he would always cut people off, run through stop signs and red lights, and speed. If you beeped your horn at him, he gave you ""the finger"". I remember hearing he never got tickets because he gave all the cops and their families free sneakers.
