I did my research thoroughly because of fear of landing with some inexperienced person and having complications and dissatisfaction since there seems to be several Permanent Makeup Artists in the tri state region (MD, VA and DC) in addition to this being permanent, a lot of research and care and forethought should be given about who one can use. After my sister did a through research and had hers done at La OR Permanent Makeup salon, I was impressed with the work and the outcome and went to get mine done at La Or in Virginia even though I reside in Maryland. After she designed my brows and I agreed to move forward, she numbed the area and she stayed with me the whole time, chatting and laughing and sharing stories, I felt like I had made a friend.
