Review content:
As is always the case, the best food is always the locals' spot. Nestled in a strip mall off of FM1960, this place is an unsuspecting little dive run by a cool cat named Johnny who also happens to be a 3rd or 4th generation sushi chef (I forget which). He and his family are transplants from the Pheonix/Scottsdale area where he was one of the chefs at a swanky upscale sushi bar. How he got here is a long story not really relevant to the review, but I will tell you that you will definitely see five-star quality and style with every dish you order.
Pros: Great sushi. Unique (clever!) presentation. Excellent value. Happy Hour even better!!
Cons: Few, if any. Service gets a little slow when busy, but great food requires patience.
