I gave them 1 star because I think that is the lowest you can do. Ship Shape came out today to start their service. The person need to get into the attic to dust for ants. I left him in the garage to work. He did not seem to be working up there long. I went out to check on him. He had the attic closed up all ready. I said I did not hear him walking up there. He said his ladder was too short to get him up there. he just held the hose from the entrance and did the best he could do.
