I really got ripped off by this company. They told me that they did their own work....A nice guy came over to sell their company to me, then there was some ""questionable"" men who actually did the work. These are the ""subcontractors"" that you hear about all the time - watch out for them. They are cheap, scary, and half of them didn't speak English! I tried to ask them to do a few things differently - they didn't understand me and did it they way they wanted to anyway. This was not good service.....where was the guy I talked to the first time - he said he would be on site every day, but he wasn't. Now the project is done - not the way I wanted it to be and I can't get them to tear it out and do it differently. Don't hire this company if you don't want to use subcontractors. I could have found my own subcontractor if I wanted to - but I really wanted a good and reputable company.
Pros: sounds good upfront
Cons: watch out for subcontractors who can't do the work or can't talk to you
