Review content:
I made an appointment with this center through my doctor, and the appointment was to get a little cancer spot on my face taken out. Now, granted, I thought it was a little weird that they couldn't fit me in before 2 months for such a serious issue, but I scheduled my appointment anyways and would just cancel if I found someone who could see me sooner. (I gave the center my insurance information, asked about copays (at the time they had said that there was no fee to see the doctor, only for prescriptions with my insurance) I had a few things come up, so I forgot about the appointment until I got a call 3 days before so I thought ""PERFECT! I can finally get this thing off my face!"" So I went in this morning and waited in the office 15 minutes past my appointment time for them to tell me that I COULD NOT see the doctor unless I payed the $60 copay. Hello? Why didn't you inform me that 2 months ago? So besides the fact that I was extremely disappointed I couldn't pay because I don't have money coming out of my ears, the customer service was terrible. They refused to bill me so I could pay a few days later but oh they offered to take a credit card! How nice of them. Overall, experience was shitty, left me with a spot on my face and a very bad day.
