My fiance and I visited the Baltimore K&G today in search for a suit for our wedding day. Neither of us had been in one of these stores before, and when we walked in we were surprised at the selection. The store is very large and It was very difficult to get any assistance in the store to find anything. Once we found a suit, he went back to the open bay men's fitting room to try on the suit. The man in the back was repeatedly rude to my fiance when he asked for a shirt to try on his suit and someone to help him with alterations. I was sitting on the sidelines getting more and more angry as he continualy insulted my fiance. I was so blown I found a manager and told her what happened. The manager that helped me was very helpful and went back to talk to the man right away as she apologized for his behavior. Once she and I got back to the fitting room he immediately said ""Nothings Wrong, I don't know why she went to get you"" And I reminded him about his being in a customer service profession and how he need'nt be rude to costomers!!!
Pros: Good prices for mens suits
