DONT RENT AT 110 S BROAD ST! Yes its old and one of the most beautiful apts but, after spending a week cleaning it after being told it would be cleaned before we moved in, roaches, homeless in your back yard smoking crack, I even had a homeless man in the building while coming in late and I ran into my apt as he yelled running down the back stairs...leaky windows, $400 power bills (in 2 br apt and rarely used power), having to weather seal all cracks because it was 'my fault' my bills were so high yet we froze and had to buy heaters during the winter.. AND I was warned that big ole Mike likes to take a couple hundred of your deposit, ITS SO TRUE! He took $125 because a hinge was loose on a door and he had to glue a loose piece of wood! I was and am still VERY ANGRY after going up there to speak with him to only be told...""you left the place in wonderful condition, I wish all of my tenants did so...but we had to send some one out to fix that hinge."" I worked my ass off to make sure there was NO REASON he could take my money, there will always be a reason! DONT RENT FROM HIM!
-on the positive, when I called because something needed to be done, It was always takin care of... Thats about IT!
