Review content:
Heritage Park Apartments are HORRIBLE! Maintenance is the worst - constantly go 2-3 days with out hot water. If your appliances go out, you get old nasty replacement that breaks down a few months later. The only way to get anything done is to NOT pay your rent. Then the Jew threatens to have you evicted. Yes, I said it - JEW... that says A LOT!!! I totally see this place turning into a section 8 project; afterall, the management does have property in the city - all those tenants are coming this way... They tore down the children's playground. Never have the swimming pool up and ready. The 'gym' is disgusting. The 'club room' is nasty - holes in walls, no furniture, ripped up carpet, dirty appliances, and smells like moth balls! Codes Inspector will be condemning this place AGAIN!
