...on the outside, anyway :). We desperately needed new front doors, a new rear door, and a quality exterior paint job but we kept putting it off. We'd investigate other high tech coating options but they were too expensive. Then Modern Coatings sort of dropped into our lap and after a little research and a meeting with Brian we decided they could meet our needs and hit our budget sweet spot. All fees were up front and very reasonable. The workers were very friendly and accommodating. John provided excellent color guidance and made sure we were getting what we wanted throughout the process. Perhaps the best part, besides the quality of the work and the coating for the price, was the attention to detail in the prep work. Neighbors have commented how much nicer our home looks now that cracks are sealed and holes in the stucco are patched. We are very happy with the work and the manner in which it was completed.
