I purchased a product from this company and when it arrived, it fouled my tv and radio reception. I could not use the product and watch tv or listen to radio at the same time. I called customer service several times and received no help or even suggestions. I spent a lot of my money to eleminate the interference. After five calls to customer service, I was finally told that these products are known to interfere with tvs and radios. I finally learned that wrapping the input and output cords with tin foil caused the problem to not be so bad. Very little help from this company. Never offered a refund and just shined me on when I called. Terrible Company
