Review content:
In July of 2008, this company rented one of my homes to a tenant and collected $650.00 deposit from the tenant. After only 4 months, the tenant moved out and I was charged $711.00 to get the home ready to rent again. When I was short paid the $711.32 from my other rentals, I asked why they charged me for the full amount since they already had $650.00 of my money towards the deposit. They said that their employee made a mistake and didn't collect the money but sent me a reciept for the collection. They told me it was to bad and I lose. They said that they would help be by not charging me any management fees for the next 12 months on the propery. Since the home was not rented and there was no income on it, I told them that that would not be acceptable to me. When I asked them to write a check they asked me to get another property management company to come by and pick up my files. I wouldn't recommend them to rent a dog house.
Cons: Very poor management and staff. Once they have your money, it's gone.
