worst company. they will do anything they can to get as much money from you. We signed up for a 6month contract and as soon as we moved in we noticed a window broken and a few things missing in the apt. We notified park place and got told they already knew about it and that it would be fixed within the week so it never got written up on the move in list. now when we moved out it was still broken and they charged us for it. They also have a million fees to get our of contract early OR transfer it to someone else. we had someone who wanted to take over our contract for a few years and it would have costed us more to transfer it over then to pay the remaining 3 months. We have rented from many different companies and these are the far worst one.
