Park Place Property Management is WONDERFUL!! They went through some significant changes since the summer of 2008. The new managment has improved their customer service, the maintenance team is quick and kind, the property managers are able to resolve concerns in a timly manner, and their advertising is really sharp. I love this company now, you can't go wrong, they have doubled in size since this last year, they will monopolize the industry. They do property management the RIGHT WAY!!!
Pros: #1 in Customer service, and fast turnover.
