I ordered 2 mini sandwiches. I signed the receipt. It was around 8 bucks for the two small sandwiches if I correctly remember. I was asked if I wanted a copy of receipt and I regretfully said ""no thanks."" The next day I had a charge on my bank account in the amount of nearly 14 dollars. My belief is I was marked for not asking for a receipt and that the tip line (which shouldn't be on the receipt anyway because the sandwiches were just thrown in a bag) was filled out without my consent. Had I asked for a copy of receipt I don't think this would have happened. While only a few dollars more, I find this behavior appalling and nonetheless, criminal. Only a few blocks away on lincoln and broadway stands Bay Cities Deli. Go there instead. While the wait is a little longer, it is worth the while. Way more for your buck and best sandwiches in greater LA
