Rosewood Carriage refused to show up. The appointment was scheduled on February 25, 2008. My husband and I showed up at Takeoka at 8pm. Where was the carriage? No where to be found. Called owner who lied to us by stating that there was never an appointment scheduled. She was very very very rude. She lied about being called on her cell number when all that we had ever called was her home number. She accused my husband of threatening her when he was trying to calm her down. I would not reccommend Rosewood Carriage for anyone, especially if it is for something special like our 10 year anniversary. I was told that they would put an anniversary sign on the carriage and that they would give me a gift. I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM IF I WERE YOU!!!!!!!!!
Cons: The owner does not schedule the appt that has been made.
