Review content:
Ensure you look at other reviews of this facility and will find several of the same type of incidents. This was the day of our wedding which at the Glen Loch started with them not having enough table cloths to set our room which we were waiting on to decorate. We paid for an hour open bar in which the Manager who come to find out is the owner started at the beginning or our 45 min ceremony, leaving about 15 min of open bar that we paid well over $800 for. Next our family members had to help unwrap the food that was put out for the buffet, to make this better we had to remove several dirty dishes. We had less people then planned and they RAN OUT OF FOOD! We had to continuously ask for water that one would assume would be put on tables during a wedding. My wife and I sat at our table with some nicely engraved champagne glasses given to us by our family the morning of the wedding and not even the Owner once asked if we would like champagne. They were supposed to have a toss salad as per our menu and when my wife asked about it one of the servers brought out an email of what was supposed to be out WHILE WE WERE EATING OUR WEDDING DINNER. On the email it clearly stated a salad and when we pointed it out to here she replied ""oh I don't have my glasses on I can't see it"". We had 104 people at our wedding and for the entire duration they had one bar tender and the wait staff provided nothing in the way of drinks, not even water.
My wife and I decided to go out with our contract and discuss what was paid for and what was not provided. When we entered the restaurant the Manager/Owner quickly became defensive as we were instantly told to leave or they would call the cops! I tried to explain that I just wanted to discuss what happened and within ten seconds they were on the phone with the police and I was physically pushed out the door by who appeared to be the mother/owner of the facility.
