I went to this practice today to register my three young children. I needed their medical records transferred to their office. I was told I can come there and sign a release and they would fax it to the other office. Well I felt like I came into the office asking them to hand over a million dollars. The women behind the desk could not have been more cold. First she said ""we don't do that."" I told her Linda said just to come by anytime and sign the form and we will fax it.
Being in the medical field at a front desk all my life with my family I Know how to make people feel welcome. what a bad taste in my mouth. The reception of your office is the biggest reflection on what the practice is like. I just politely said "" you know what I will come back at another time"". I THINK NOT! GOOD LUCK! this woman tony was such a bitch & everybody knew it in their ,shame on linda for not saying anything she is such a nice person everyone saw how nasty she was & nobody had the nerve to say anything
