Review content:
I moved into these apartments needing to be closer to work. They recently had been remodeled and seemed like a good deal for a young professional. Pros: These are pretty nice apartments for the area. While I didn't live in a unit like this, they updated a lot of their apartments with hardwood floors and new cabinets. The price for what you get was decent and they are pet friendly. Cons: A lot of families live here. This was a con for me. I would have liked to use the pool on the weekend or been able to sit on my porch without their being a million kids around. While I lived there some families just let their young kids wander around and play unsupervised, sometimes until after dark. I know residents complained about the unsupervised young kids but nothing was done. Beware: I left my apartment in tip top shape. I even cleaned the carpets before I left. They only gave me $20 of my $200 deposit back because I ""left the apartment dirty."" If I had to do it over again I wouldn't have scrubbed anything or gone to any trouble. Also, there was an issue during the big ""Roster Days"" celebration that goes on across the street. The apartment gave us all ""parking passes"" so that people going to the celebration couldn't park in our spots. This was a nice gesture on their part. My young puppy got a hold of mine though and destroyed it. When I asked for a replacement so I could park at my home and not get towed the manager left me a voicemail that I was ""lying and trying to get an extra pass for a friend to park."" Then she demanded that I pay $50 for a replacement and had to pick it up in person before the office closed. (I guess this was her tactic for seeing if I was telling the truth.) I was insulted that she would call me a liar and then when I confronted her and told her how hurt I was, she offered no apology. I was disappointed at her lack of professionalism. Thankfully I was able to buy a house and get out of there. The cons outweigh the pros on this one.
