Hello, my name is Ted Post, I run Private Training by Ted Post, I have been a patient of Dr. Berry for 15 years or so. I went to him after a head-on car crash that cracked a vertebra and ruptured a disk in both my lower neck and back along with 19 other injuries. I was to the point I could barely walk. His skill at adjusting my spine back into alignment helped me immediately. Over the years I have reinjured myself lifting weights as I still compete in bodybuilding at the age of 69.
