Review content:
Very rude staff members and shady business practices! I am shocked at what I just experienced at this location. I purchased two Magic Jacks at this location yesterday only to find when I got home that they were both used and still registered under other people's names. What a waste of my time and what a violation of the previous customer's privacy. Not just one Magic Jack, but BOTH, revealed another person's home address and email on my screen. Once it has been registered under someone else's name it is impossible to re-register under your own so I had to return the items today. At the very least, I was hoping someone could explain to me why they think it's okay to sell used, useless items as if they were new. Instead I got Joe talking over me, full of attitude, and unwilling to apologize or provide an explanation. The assistant manager on duty, Kareen, just told me that she was subbing today and this was not her home store. I had to ask her twice if she was going to allow her subordinate to be so shamelessly rude to a customer. I got my refund but left in shock at the way I was treated. I advise that you avoid this store at all costs. Best Buy is just down the street. Don't waste your time and money at this shady place. But if you do see Joe, remind him that he works in customer service.
Pros: Near Best Buy
Cons: Rude, neglect for privacy, and shady
