I have wasted lots of time and money trying to get a hearing test for my son. The first visit all that happened was the doctor walked in the room and said I needed to come back for a hearing test so after wasting money and missing work I had to come back. My next appointment was scheduled for Oct. 4th when I received a call that it had to be rescheduled and they couldn't get me in until October 30th. I had changed insurance between visits and after showing up for my appointment after I presented my new card and payed my copay and waited for 30 minutes I was informed I could not be seen without a referral so I left and was not seen. I have checked my banking record tonight and they cashed my check I had written even though my son was never even seen. I am fighting with them to get my $50.00 back because they are not keeping it, and I still have to make another appointment and go back after all of this.
