Review content:
I use Car Spa regularly and have had spotty service at best until recently when I had an experience so bad that it requires I post a review. Several times I have asked for a time estimate when having my car wash / inspected and the quote has been short. While frustrating, I allowed it as a mistake and subsequently returned. Today, however, I stressed to the salesperson the importance of making the quote. I specifically asked ""Do I have your word?"" He looked me in the eye and said ""Yes"". This conversation suggests to me that the sales people have no integrity or they are very poorly trained as my car was not ready when they promised. Either way, the management has a problem. After explaining to the GM my extreme frustration, I was told he would 'rectify' the situation and gave his apology with an excuse of needing to better train the staff on how long each package takes. What I needed from him was a sincere apology, possibly a token gesture of a discount and/or conversation that suggested he wanted my future business. I will not return to Car Spa and I will tell my friends of my poor experience.
