I will never return to this place! I thought I was enjoying a dinner with my three kids. My two year old was asleep in his stroller so I only ordered him a sprite, knowing the twins would have food left over for him to eat when he awaken.
We ate our food and I left a 20% tip for the servers. My server was training another person. As we were leaving my son woke up from his nap and I gave him the food and his sprite to drink. When he handed me the sprite back. There was a huge roach with the longest legs I've ever seen in his cup.
I immediately went back to the store and ask for the manager. The server told me there wasn't a manager on duty. I explained to whom ever was in charge what happened and he offered to take 20% off my tab. I declined and asked for the manager's number. I called and left a message. No return phone call. I went back up there on a week day and spoke with the manager and asked why didn't he return my phone call. I didn't get a real answer and he offered to refund me the price of the infested sprite. What a loser!
