Review content:
I have had nothing but headaches since I ordered comcast 3 in one services. I thought it would be a good idea to combine my phone, internet and TV into one bill. I ordered service last July and still don't have a proper hook up. They first told me it would take 2-3 weeks to install because they had to bury the line. When they came out they said it would be another 2 weeks because they had to get permission from the township. When they didn't show up I called and was informed that it's their ""policy"" that they have 6 weeks time before they come out. When they did finally come out and bury the line the technician damaged the buried cable so the signal was extremely poor. I called, they sent out out a tech. and he told me he would put an order in to run a new line. They hooked up a ""temporary line"" to the 30 yr. old antenna on my roof which was run from the pole across the street through a tree tied to the antenna and draped over my roof. The tech. told me it would be like that for only 2 weeks because it is there policy to no leave ""temporary rigs"" up longer than that. They left it there for 2 months. they ended up digging up my yard 3 times instead of 2 because they have poor communication with their subcontractors. I canceled the third dig by phone 4 times and they still dug up my yard again. Each time they drove through the yard with their equipment and trucks and left ruts as deep as 6"". They argued with me on the phone and denied that they even sent the techs out to dig the third time saying ""they don't do digs in the winter"". I am still fighting with them to remove the extra line and repair the damage to my property. It's been 10 months of HELL!
Pros: Not Even One
Cons: Poor customer service, Poorly trained techs, Poor communication with subcontractors, Misleading to customer
