I wouldn't trust the review from the user, Megha (considering her lack of skills in the spelling and grammar department) and the fact that her review doesn't specifically state what the lady did or said that would make her come off as ""rude.""
Anyway, JALB Travel has extremely dedicated and courteous workers that really go to great lengths to make sure you get to where you want to be (and in a timely manner - I know this from personal experience). I highly recommend this agency and will always stick with JALB for my future travel needs.
