I along with one of my girlfriends have had facials at Energia which we were both pleased with, I have spent alot of money there in the past as well as my friend and was dissapointed to find that they are not true to thier word when it comes to their cancellation policy. They require at least 24 hours canncellation notice or they will charge your credit card which is completley acceptable. What is not acceptable is when my friend cancelled more than 24 hours ahead of her appointment and was shocked to find that her card was charged the day after her original appoint. When she went to her local bank to explain the situation the bank employee was not surprised at all telling us that many women have come in to that bank to report thier accounts being charged by Energia even thought they had given more than 24 hours notice of thier cancellation! I told my friend how just a few days before i happened to have had to cancel my appoint. for a facial due to my schedule and called 1 week before my appoint. to cancel.I was schocked to find upon checking my bank account today that Energia charged my account even though I cancelled one week before my appoint.!!! I will not be going back to Energia again. However I do love my facialist whose name is Victoria. I highly reccommend her and she has her own practice as well which I will be going to from now on instead of Energia! If you want a good facial ask for Victoria! And if you must go to Energia never use your credit card or they will keep it on file and use it to swindle you in the future!
