Review content:
Dr. Morayati is a decent competent doctor but HIS PRACTICE RIPS PEOPLE OFF. I had three appointments with three copays. The first was a consultation, the second was for tests. The third was for him to meet with me for about 5 minutes to tell me everything was 100% fine. Essentially I took off work for the morning and paid a $30 copay for something he could have said over the phone. (I wonder if they would have done this if I had no insurance and was paying out of pocket? Instead of $30, would I have spent $100 or more just to hear I was fine?) When I complained, the fairly rude office manager told me ""How else do you expect him to get paid for reading the tests results?"" Then she said ""Don't lose sight of the fact that you're fine"" in a very condesending tone as if I had no right to be annoyed. I have been to other specialists for myself as well as a family member and I have never heard of an office visit and copay (and insurance billing I'm sure) to tell you you're fine. There is nothing special about this doctor that makes it worth putting up with these insurance scammers!
Pros: Dr. Morayati was nice and seemed like a good doctor
Cons: I was forced to pay for an office visit for NO REASON
