I've gone to this particular dairy queen quite a bit. & usually get decent service. But one time, I went in and the kid working was just plain RUDE. He had some sort of complex. They messed up the order, and made me pay for something we didn't receive. When I got frustrated and said I wanted my money, I'd just leave the products and leave. But they REFUSED and told us to leave, and that we were trespassing, and they'd have us arrested. I will NEVER go again.
Pros: tastes good
Cons: HORRIBLE service, they do not give refunds, over priced
