Review content:
I signed a contract in March for a two week project. I fired them after almost 3 months of excuses, shoddy workmanship and materials disappearing from our home. Bob Cavanaugh had us sign an illegal contract for this and a second job he never started. Not only did he not have proper authorization to solicit work in PA, he carried no insurance while he worked here. He claims he is an engineer - not true. The wiring is all messed up, the faucet is backwards, and one wall is curved - not straight or plumb. The list is pages long. Bottom line is we wish we looked up this guy instead of looking at his so called references. He has been court for grand larceny. Just look him up and be forewarned!!!
