Review content:
I signed a roofing contract in August of 2008, to be completed by September 2008. The roofing job was not finished until the middle of October. He deposited the debra into an old dump truck in my drilveway, and did not remove the dump truck for over a week. I had to threated to have the truck removed to an impound lot before he removed it. While hulling the roofing material upon the roof, a portion of my seamless gutters was damaged. The damage was done in October, 2008 and to this day (02-02-2009), it is not repaired properly. When he removed the old roofing he did not cover the items that I had stored in the atic, causing evearything to be covered with dirt and dust from the old roofing. I have tried to contact him about these probems, but he will not respond to my telephone calls or my e-mails. My latest attemp to contact him was by certified mail which he has refused to accept. It is now the end of July of 2009, and I have taken Mr Covanaugh to small claims court and won a Judgment in the amount of $265.00 for repair of the damaged gutter, but have been unsuccesful
