DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We hired in in December when we had to relocate 3+hrs for work and did not want to sell our new house. We just fired them in Feburary, two months after they were hired. They are unprofessional, do not returns calls, lowered our asking price multiple times without discussing us or even telling us they were lowering it! When we moved we accidentally left some food behind in the fridge/freezer. It sat there for 2 months, melting and spoiling. They did not notify us or clean it up. When found when we did a surprise visit this week and the entire house smelled horrible!!! They were supposedly showing our house in this condition and ""claimed"" it did not smell the last time they showed the house! Advertisement only involves Craigs List, and they do not even update that twice a week like the claim they do. There were times it was 10-15 days between postings! They were fired by us this week on Monday and we still do not have our house or mail keys! They are avoiding our calls and avoiding the person agreed to receive the keys! We are being forced to call the local police on them to get our keys back! This company is so unprofessional, and we thought being a small family owned company would be a great idea. You hire a company like this when you move far away to keep your house safe and then companies like this are around, and there is not much you can do when you live so far away. You just have to ""trust"" the company does a good job!! I will be filing any complaints I can against this company to warn other potential home owners!
