If you are looking for a GREAT hair stylist, then Natalie at Toppers Spa/Devon is the ONE! Whether you are a male or female, she can make you feel comfortable in knowing that your hair is in good hands. My personal experience was one where when I arrived there, I didn't know what kind of haircut I wanted. After speaking with Natalie and realizing how confident she was in her work, I then entrusted her to cut my hair in whatever style she thought would suit me best. Because of her knowledge and experience I couldn't have been more happily surprised of the results. I'd be more than happy to recommend her to my friends/family, which was also the reason for this review. Great Job!!
