When I purchased a product at this store that I could not get to work properly I took it back to the store the same day to see if the associate could install it properly and, if not, return it for my money back. I did not want to pay for a product that did not function as promised. The associate could not install it correctly either; and because I had tried at home told me it would never work and asked if I would like to buy another (at the same price as my original) while THOWING AWAY my original purchase!! I was stunned!! I plan on calling a manager but do not expect much in the way of results. I feel that I need to mention also that when I came into the store to make my purchase earlier in the day, I ,along with 3 others, had to wait more than 15 minutes to be helped by or even acknowledged by an associate.....in that entire time not one of the 3 people working there so much as looked my way as I waited patiently to say they would be with me in a moment.
