Have been doing yoga for almost a year now and checked out CSOHY when I moved to Chicago from NYC. Everyone at this studio is highly personable and know you by name after just a few classes. Every time I come in for a class I leave feeling incredibly better than when I walked in through the door...great value and also if you're a guy you'll get an awesome core workout too in almost any one of the classes you attend.
